question from astral plane of air

Hi,

asked this on game and got somewhat of an answer but still does not explain this portion:

I asked if there were any portals from the astral plane of air in redford's palace and the answer was no.

I had typed "near" in game while on the astral plane of air, witht the storm elemental and the nymphs and sprites, and got the following info:

Grp 159 7 Empyrean Caliphate, Astral Plane of Air is far away, to the north.

Grp 159 4 The angelic outpost, Astral Plane of Air is far away, to the north.

Grp 159 7 The Great Vortex, Astral Plane of Air is far away, to the north.

Grp 34 4 Astral plane of air, white eternity is far away, to the north.

so, how do I get to these areas?

Those are high level parts of the plane of air, you don't access them from anywhere near the islands.
I believe the angelic outpost you can access through the group 7 lost armory, and the others from other places. Some of them also interconnect.
