Looking for talent to work an exciting, early morning promotion on the
Biggest Shopping Day of the Year!
We need extremely reliable, motivated, attractive, and friendly staff
who are comfortable waking up VERY early for a day after Thanksgiving
mall promotion starting at the crack of dawn!!

JOB DUTIES and REQUIREMENTS:
Team Members:
o Arrive bright eyed and bushy tailed at 4:45am
o Pass out collateral
o Engage consumers in front of a video camera
o Award onsite prizes
o BE MOTIVATED, OUTGOING, & HAVE FUN!
MANAGER PAY: $20 /hour
-MUST have previous promotional management experience to
apply.
STAFF PAY: $18 /hour
This rate includes a $2/hour bonus*
* Amounts and/or receipt of the performance based bonus are earned by
doing the following things that are within the Talent’s control. They
include, but are not limited to: submitting completed EPS Talent
paperwork within 48 hours of receipt, being on-time (4:45AM) everyday
to the event and completing all agreed upon EPS booked shifts, meeting
and/or exceeding booked roles and responsibilities, submission of
completed event recaps/paperwork on time, having pleasant attitude and
high energy, and client or team leader feedback regarding performance
evaluation.
