Detaylarını aşağıda görebileceğiniz bir iş ilanını paylaşmak istiyorum. Konu biçoğunuza yabancı gelebileceği için kendimce özetlemenin faydalı olacağı kanısındayım.

Takip edenleriniz vardır belki; ULAK isminde yerli bir mobil iletişim şebekesi kuruldu. Bunun Radio Access Tarafı (yani baz istasyonları) şu anda 180 ayrı lokasyonda koşuyor ve bug-fix/improvement şeklinde bir döngüde devam ediyor. Kısa süre içerisinde bu sayı 1000 ayrı lokasyona kadar çıkacak. Zaten ortaya çıakrdığınız çözümü canlı şebekede koşturmadan gerçek anlamda improve etme şansınız yok. Bknz Huawei nasıl Huawei oldu.

Aşağıdaki ilan ise bu şebekenin 5G Core Network kısmındaki bir bileşen olan PCF (Policy Charging Functionality) sunucu ürünün geliştirilmesi ile ilgili. Dünyada henüz resmi olarak bir 5G Core yok, zaten standartlaştırma çalışmaları hala 3GPP tarafından devam ettiriliyor. Enson Release 15 Stage 3 aşamasına gelindi. İlanda bahsi geçen ekip hem bu standartlaştırma çalışmalarını yakınen takip ediyor, hem de dünyadaki hali hazırda bilinen Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Cisco, ZTE, Samsung gibi  Network Ekipman üreticileri ile aynı anda 5G Core Network bileşenlerini gerçeklemeye çalışıyor. Benim de görev yaptığım P.I. Works, bu kapsamda PCF bileşeninden sorumlu.

İşin güzel tarafı 5G ile birlikte Core Network Servis tabanlı Mimariye taşınıyor. Standartlarda bu şekilde geliştirildi. Yani artık şebeke bileşenleri mili/mikro saniyeler seviyesinde RestAPI ler üzerinden konuşacak. Mesaj kuyruklama altyapıları, donanımdan bağımsız yatayda ve dikeyde otonom ölçeklenebilen VNF (Virtual Network Function) şeklinde ekipmanlardan bahsediyoruz. 

Bu kapsamda özellikle servis geliştirme, scaling ve availability konusunda deneyimli, sanallaştırma ve konteynır altapıları konusunda birikime sahip, yk altında çalışabilecn dağını sistemler geliştirme deneyimine sahip ve dünyada öncü bir alanda çalışmak isteyen arkadaşlar var ise benimle iletişime geçebilirlerse çok sevinirim.

P.I. Works is looking for a Senior SW Development Engineer to design and develop cutting-edge 5G Core Network product and add value to the company in this emerging technology.

What you will do:

*Software design and development for 5G Core Network Functions (especially Policy Control Function)
*Technical expert that can combine in-depth knowledge and interest in 5G cutting-edge technologies and services like  Cloud, Virtualization, Network Slicing and Policy Control
*Requirement analysis, system and architecture design, software implementation, integration and verification according to technical standards for 5G Core Network Architecture
*Perform software deliveries using a software version control system
*Co-operate with core network development teams to ensure good quality of the whole product.

What you need to be successful:

* BSc. in Electrical/Electronical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Engineering required.
* At least 5 years experience in telecommunication industry in R&D, preferably with experience from both research and product development
* Experience on software development with C++ programming language at least 3 years also Java programming language is a plus
* Demonstrated experience in OO design, algorithm design and data structures with strong analytical and debugging skills
* Experience in developing and optimizing real-time software programs/functions considering memory, code size and network traffic
* Familiar with emerging telecom technologies such as SDN, NFV and cloud infrastructure is a big plus
* Software design and development experience in web services&technologies such as HTTP/2, JSON, REST, OpenAPI is a plus
* Working knowledge of the mobile network architectures (in particular 5GC, 4G/LTE, EPC) and relevant organizations such as 3GPP, IETF, ETSI, ONAP is a plus
* Knowledge in IP networking is an advantage
* Familiar with agile software development is a plus
* Have the passion and self-motivation to develop high-quality software product from scratch
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Good organization, negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills
* Energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop yourself
* To have valid residence and work permit in Turkey
