PgSql bytea Dosya Taşıma

Merhabalar,

Bir kaç projemizde hali hazırda milyonlarca 200kb ortalamasında dosyalarımız dosya sisteminde bulunmaktadır. Postgres db ye açığımız tablolara bu dosyaların ilgili kolona byte[] şeklinde basılması gerekiyor. 

Bu işlemi en performanslı şekilde nasıl taşıyabilirim. BulkCopy? For ile dönmek? Ne önerirsiniz.

Bence test yapmalısın. Çünkü her verisi yapısı farklı sonuç verebilir.
