ABOUT THE TEAM

Department: Credit management

Reports to: Engineer Lead

Team Size: >10


As a Backend Engineer, you will process all financial transactions of our fashion store and other consumer-facing apps. You’ll ensure a flawless user experience in the checkout over the processing the payments to reconciliation.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Decide on the technologies and tools to deliver and operate large-scale applications on AWS

  • Collaborate with dedicated teams on factoring solutions and build products that will shape our payments processes. You’ll work with accountable receivables within SAP, handle connection with banks and support our customer service to any payment issues

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience with financial or banking based companies

  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and work with cross functional teams

  • Hands-on experience in JVM technologies such Java and frameworks such as Spring

  • Design distributed systems, microservices and cloud architecture

  • Good knowledge in AWS or Google Cloud
