Anyway, I bought a litttle uSD extender that I think will help.

yes, when i store my pro i take the SD card out and put it inside a micro SD adapter to keep this from happening.

for a while i was thinking to 3d print a special cover that went over the sd mini area, never got around to it.

i almost snapped one once because i forgot it was sticking out and rotated the box on its back to pull the screws for the front panel.
