loading Altair-Duino

How do you load files from the SD card into the Altair-Duino. The Front panel switches are not working. I can load other Arduino Due programs to blink LEDS, ok on the front panel.

What have you tried so far?  Are you sure the SD card is being read?  You can go into the configuration menu (raise Stop and AUX1 switches) and see if the menu option "File System manager for SD card" is showing up.  If it's not, then it's not detecting the SD card.
