Are these kits still in production?  Have seen another site that produced full size board kits but they have stopped making them.

It may take a little longer to get here. Over $200 is a bit too much for me unfortunately.

I guess I don't know where "here" is, but judging by the name of your image, I'm going to guess Germany?  I would not order anything with the case, keep that on a separate order.  I think the algorithm that calculates shipping for the case is getting confused by the additional items.

Order the cassette interface and ESP01-s module first,  then order the case.

Also, I will manually verify the shipping when the actual boxed cases arrive and if shipping is less, the difference will be subtracted from the balance amount.

Yes, thanks.. if I only choose the case, it's about $103 for shipping to Germany. 
Is it still possible to get accessories included (individual boards aren't heavy)?
It's exciting if you've updated your ALTAIR by then and i want to order a new complete DUO-PRO device (from the postage).

Currently the orders are only a deposit for the case which should arrive from the manufacturer in October, so the site it not really set up to add products to it.  You can either place a deposit for the case now, and order the rest of the parts when I have the cases (and I will ship them together) or you could wait until I physically have the cases and place your order then.

Now it is possible that preorders will take all expected inventory of cases, in which case you would have to wait until probably January for more production from the manufacturer.
