After all these years, I finally decided to try the built-in VT-100 terminal on an AD Pro. Yuck!
Here's a photo of it displaying on an Eyoyo 8" monitor. The blurriness is NOT due to a shaky hand while photographing. It really looks this bad. I've tried adjusting phase and clock from the monitor's menu but no luck. Is there anything that can be done?

I have used a dozen different VGA monitors and never had that problem.  My solution would be to get a different monitor.

nope.

I have 2 Eyoyo 8" LCD monitors and they are both garbage as well. i use them as my dazzler displays.

the Geoff Terminal in the AD Pro is also well below VT-100 compatible. it supports some VT-100 escape code which is why i went for the FABGL Ansi Terminal which is 100% VT-100 supported and then some.

Here are two screen shots from my Pro. This is a brand new Eyoyo 8”.

I took a picture in both screen modes, to see if there was any difference.
