I'm running putty and I'd like to change the speed to 9600 (like the old days!)  I go thru the config menu, change the speed on the programming port, exit back to the main menu, hit "A" and it says that I have to confirm the setting within 30 sec.  How do I do that?  Not in the instructions, (don't see it) I've tried numerous keystrokes.  I've tried to change the speed on the native port too, shot in the dark.
Thanks
Mark

You really can't do it that way with the USB connection, because when you change PuTTY to 9600 baud and reconnect, it will restart the Arduino Due (they just work that way).

I would change the settings to 9600 baud, then save it as a new configuration (say number 3).   Then restart by loading saved config #3.  If it all works, you can save it as configuration #0 (the default power-on configuration).
