The NAVIGATE program is designed to make it easier for STEM professionals from the broader S&T ecosystem to transition into the complex and rewarding field of Defence science and technology, while at the same time enabling greater development opportunities and career mobility for our existing staff.

The program is a wonderful opportunity for seasoned STEM professionals who may be looking to return to the workforce after a career break, or who are simply looking for a new career challenge.

The program includes:

• 12 months of learning the ins and outs of Defence and Government, including two 6-months rotations.
• A dedicated professional development program where you will build your skills.
• One-on-one mentoring
• Full-time or part-time positions with permanent employment from the start of the program at any of our locations across Australia.
• Full time salary of $106,074 - $166,808 pa, with an additional 15.4% superannuation.
