I just read an article about the old mill that is being restored, the
one we talked about year before last. They expect to have it ready to
open by July. Sounds like a great project and a very interesting place
to visit. It was built in 1767. That's quite old, with a lot of history.
I remember a comment you made to someone concerning the pioneer spirit
and maybe having to return to those ways. I don't remember where or the
subject being discussed.

It was very stormy here late yesterday, with more on the way. Your
weather seems unusual for February, though a warmer winter is an
advantage as far as being to run errands as needed. Hopefully the birds
are keeping you entertained.

Six years older than my neighbor's house.

Oh, they are. With the ground covered and frozen over so much that it
holds my weight, we have more birds here than ever.

I had no idea about a house that old near to you, but maybe I can guess
which one.

I thought the temperatures had been warm enough to melt the ice. I hope
you haven't fallen again.

Betty brought next idea :
No, but the ice is thick enough that I have trouble digging my heels in
for traction.

Not trying to tell you what to do [g], but *be careful*.

Betty expressed precisely :
Almost out of food in the feeders, and infusion day tomorrow, so I will
be out there.

Sounds like a long day tomorrow, not a long *fun* day either, unless you
enjoy visiting with the other people who are undergoing treatment. I
hope everything goes well for you. The birds will be happy with their
treats, and that will be good.

That sounds good. I've never watched the discovery channel so I don't
know anything about it. I'll look it up.

I've been reading a dark comedy in the home repair group. Scary.

I just checked there, seems more political than the political groups.

Betty explained on 2/12/2020 :
Still is, but somebody made some on topic posts recently.

We got around three inches of new snow last night.

I watched snow falling a few miles from you, then watched one swipe(?)
of snow plowing. Your yard must look very pretty with new snow. It's
nice to look at if you don't have to go out in it.

It rained here most of the day yesterday, lots of "wild flowers" in the
front yard.
