If the Bush adminstration were around during World War II, they'd
probably tell the entire world all the details of the D-Day invasion
well in advance. And when the mission fails due to the enemy's
knowledge of the military plan in question, Bush would probably call
it a "catastrophic success" despite the obvious negative consequences
that would've resulted. In my view, that's much like how the war on
terror is being fought. It's not about being "innovative and
resourceful." It's about making sure that NO NEW PLANS are employed
when combatting terrorism.
