writer, musician, cartoonist and critic who was active in self-
publishing since at least the '80s..."
Yes, it was sort of shocking, but it happens to us all, eventually.
I'm currently working with another old friend of Rick's to digitize
some of his old cassette tape albums of original songs, while this is
still possible. These date back to the 1980s, and so time is short
before the sound and tape itself begins crumbling.
Oh, yeah, the mutual friend is George Sulzbach, minicomix creator,
also from the 1908s.
