No. It is freedom from freedom else we sacrifice wisdom for haste.

This is why the sages say that after enlightenment life once again
became the mundane.

Do you remember that in fact, when you were enlightened, it was the
mundane you exchanged for all that freedom?

And yet, freedom of the mind. That doing nothing and all gets done.

Although they both seem to be opposite, they are both true and one
thing.

Rid of the misconception that there is an "I" that is /not/ free?

Fish need no word for wet while they live entirely within water; the
concept of freedom applies only within the mundane.

Chop wood and carry water. Right?

I am not enlightened, I am just asking. I have just finished a book on
intercultural psychology (I was wading through it for more than a year),
I am also half way through another one on sociology, I checked out some
documentaries on people trying to create their own countries (like
Molossia, the Principality of Sealad and the like), and of course, most
importantly, I continue to digest the fine exchanges in which I've been
priviledged to participate here.

So I am having thoughts, that's all.

No you are not pi. You are looking for an escape from the truth. You
are looking for an exception. That is the mind of delusion.

I was once asked to define and defend wisdom. It is simply this. I
just finished reading a complete magickal journal. A full operation of
an aspirant that was reaching for samadhi. Trying to determine if
there is such a thing as a genuine mystical experience,

At various stages, he wrote things, questioned things only to later
find those answers, to understand why, at those stages he was feeling,
thinking, acting that way. In his microcosm of experience, he had
learned wisdom is about living long enough to regret the truth; that
darkness is the question and the confession that he had closed his
eyes long ago to the light.

Freedom for both mind and body is what I have and you do not want
that. Rather you will spend the rest of your life filling unquenchable
darkness since the cup is the light.

Time, the essence of wisdom or the cross of the fool pi, does not
help.

Imagine, and when I say imagine I could just as easily say meditate
although that does not flow off the tongue as easily, if you will,
that every pact and oath you have made in the past must be fulfilled
else you may not advance. And if any such pacts and oaths are false,
lacking the necessary ingredients such as action when action was
required or silence when it was necessary, then they are returned to
you with force.

I have proven this through the activity of non-action in the face of
stupidity and am also the will behind it since to call foolishness
what it is, is what drives the fools harder. Like a whip.

I am sorry to hear that you are all in prison and innocent. I however,
am very pleased with the choices, decisions and paths that I have
taken. You see, wisdom, time and memory, memory being a reflection
only of experience, is my harvest, What is wisdom to me, is
foolishness to you. These seem at odds but are best explained...

When I was 4 picking my nose and eating it in front of people was
wise, because I was four. However, at 44, picking my nose and eating
it in front of people is foolish because I am 44.

Do you see it now?

How things can appear as opposites leaving you the illusion of moment
(here and now) and choice (this or that) when in fact it is time that
straightens it out? That at that time that action was wise and at this
time, its opposite is now wise? Can I occupy both places in time? No.
So again, time is knowing when. And when I was a child...

Darkness is not evil and only a fool believes that there is such a
thing as a place where gravity does not exist. Darkness is the primal
question that even in the depths of sleep sprouts the answer and
Light.

Thus, darkness is the waters that fill the cup of light. Drop the
water without dropping the cup else you will live to regret every
moment of time and your only questions will be of escape.

it actually should be an "un-working"
as you are wrapped up in self identification
with your human-ness. in the human intellect
its main concerns are food, money, sex and
survival. the truth won't help you with any of
these things and is likely to cause you to harbor
even stronger identifications with your human
issues. disidentification is the first order of
business. stop seeing yourself as human, that's
all. with deep conviction that you are much more
than just a human being, that truth you seek will
eventually and automatically dawn upon you.
