I am insulted heron.
Please... I am a literary machine. Hahaha.
Want a cool spell... I can do it well but with practice you can
too...
In the bar bouncing, there are at least three timings representing the
x,y,z... the first is the count. As I showed Skippy, from where I sat
last time, I could see the lead at the door... then, as a coutesy to
the crew, I schitzed...
"Plus one."
"Plus five."
"Minus three."
You must have thought I was nuts Perceval but in fact, all you had to
do was ask me why I was doing that...
Simple. I was giving the bartenders a count. That was the number of
people coming in and out. That way you could get a timing, and x, the
ebb and flow of traffic... 0 is the number of level service... pluses
will mean increases and minus decreases.
As a bartender it helps you hit a groove...
Next, was the sound level in the bar again ebbing and flowing...
getting louder and softer... this also can be controlled using the
background music as one example...
Finally, there is the spell, it literally slows down and speeds up
time. It is weaved by a good storyteller. As the story twists and
grabs more and more attention, the whole bar starts to focus more or
less on a void in the room.
It is a very eerie feeling if you do it right. I have shut up an
entire bar before and showed a significant increase in food and
beverage... all listening to the one story all putting in their two
bits... it is magickal and the sort of thing that gives equity to the
bar...
Equity? Yes, Mark.... my people are encouraged to go to your bar as my
bar of choice... the bridge, the captains deck and then there is
always those Irish guys around the corner... the crews deck... hahaha.
"There called forks you barbarians!"
