I will be grateful for your response.

My yoga teachers were Jack Boulton and John More
in the United Kingdom (they died over 10 years
ago after about 25 years of teaching yoga).
Their teacher was Swami Dev Murti Ji.

Swami Ji walked (on the instructions of his
Master Shri 1008 Yatiji Maharaja) to Europe from
India in the 1950's and set up many yoga schools
on the way. He has many yoga ashrams in India.
His is a very dynamic personality and he teaches
continually. His energy, enthusiasm and stamina
are awesome. I studied with him for a year
during 1987 in India (after my MPhil in
Mathematical Logic). The discipline required was
intense.

I began yoga at an early age (about 7 or 8) so I
have been practicing for over 30 years. I have
been teaching for about 20 years. My experience
with Swami Ji indicates that he is a very high
master, with full yogic powers and knowledge of
108 types of yoga, who is trying to help the
people of the world. However, he does not use
the standard media or methods, and prefers to
provide personal direct instruction.

The primary focus of Swami Ji's yoga technique is
on the spinal chord (combined with correct
posture, breathing, meditation, food, and daily
routine). He draws on the classical forms of
yoga as well as advanced research that he has
performed in conjunction with other high masters
of the Himalayas. The exercises are simple yet
effective, and unlike the classical asanas, they
can be practiced by ordinary people. Swami Ji's
7 Golden Keys are as follows:

Bramcharya (restraint/control of sex)
Vegetarianism (includes milk products)
Follow your religion, respect other
religions
Neti (Kriya)
Nauli (Kriya)
Bhastrika (Pranayama)
Spinal Chord Exercises (Asana)

I have set up a small web site containing the
Yoga in Practice book that Jack and John wrote
under Swami Ji's guidance. Please request the
web site address if you are interested further.
