Is your ranking going down? Or are your competitors' rankings going up?
Two entirely different things.

What are you doing to bring fresh content to your sites? The search
engines like fresh content which is regularly updated.

Nowadays, content is king. Sites that contain interesting content which
is updated often brings more people to your site (and back to your
site). The search engines know this, and rank those sites higher than
static sites with little interesting content.
