Location: open to remote or any Client facility in the country.

What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment ICM and Avaya related projects. OptumRx 2018 projects including Virtual Hold implementations, Contact center consolidation and expansion efforts, new client survey initiatives, implementation of the Afiniti product, day to day support and releases including 60-75 user stories.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: The candidates background is not relevant. Their level of experience and knowledge in Cisco ICM, Avaya PBX, SQL, Avaya Experience Aura Portal is most important.


TOP REQUIREMENTS: Cisco ICM, Avaya PBX, detail oriented.

What skills/attributes are a must have Cisco ICM, Avaya PBX, Aptitude for knowledge expansion and detail oriented

What skills/attributes are nice to have AAEP, Virtual Hold, Afiniti, Software Development

What are the work hours (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) Monday-Friday with rotating shifts for incidents and production releases.

What type of interview process is preferred (Face to face, phone, Skype, or a combination of the three) Phone.
