Rebecca Newman on Writers and Writing

Noted author and writing teacher Rebecca Newman, who has taught many
creative writing classes at UCLA Extension and Santa Monica College, created
a four-part television series "Rebecca Newman On Writers and Writing", which
was broadcast in the 1980s.

Now, for the first time in many years, those broadcasts are available for
viewing again, free of charge, online.

The broadcasts cover topics such as characterization, plotting, and
marketing, and include interviews with authors Frances Halpern, Penny Lane,
Joyce Yarrow, and literary agent Sam Adams. They are a great resource for
anyone wishing to learn how to write, how to improve their writing, and how
to market their work.
