Things That Irritate A Sane Person

You have to try on a pair of sunglasses with that stupid
little plastic thing in the middle of them.

The person behind you in the supermarket runs his cart into
the back of your ankle.

The elevator stops on every floor and nobody gets on.

There's always a car riding your tail when you're slowing
down to find an address.

You open a can of soup and the lid falls in.

It's bad enough that you step in dog poop, but you don't
realize it till you walk across your living room rug.

The tiny red string on the Band-Aid wrapper never works
for you.

There's a dog in the neighborhood that barks at EVERYTHING.

You can never put anything back in a box the way it came.

Three hours and three meetings after lunch you look in the
mirror and discover a piece of parsley stuck to your front
tooth.

The lid on the can of soup is the worse. It's beyond irritating... it's
downright infuriating!

Well the solution is to drink it cold, you can keep pushing the
lid down as you eat. That way you don't have to get your fingers
messy by taking it out only to have to put it back in when you are done.
What can i say, I have an inventive mind.

Well after you get a little of the soup out you can tip the lid so it is upright
and then you can stick a fork in for the chunky stuff.

Is this really a way for adults to behave, I could be doing something
constructive or anoying my wife.

A friend gave me three stuffed dolls for the dog. Stupid me checked
to see if any parts could be easily bitten off - they couldn't- and
gave them to the dog. Well! The stuffing that is inside these dolls
is the kind that you can't pick or vacuum up all of it. You have to
get on your hands and knees and sccrrraaaape it together before you
can pick it up. It started in the bedroom, went down the hall and got
into the living room before I noticed. <sigh> I feel like I have
another kid living with us now, and a toddler at that. Manthing just
spent $30.00 to have Fritz groomed, 20 bucks on dog toys and another
5 bucks for treats at the pet store that is oh so conveniently
located adjacent to the dog groomer. I think Manthing wants to go to
this groomer in Modesto so we have to spend at least two hours there
because it is too far to go home and wait. What better way to kill
time than to blow money in a huge pet store?

My puppy likes to try out new things, like what strange plants
growing in the backyard taste like as well as anything I'm eating.
Spaghetti with tomato sauce is NOT good for a dog. I found that out
when cleaning it up off the carpet. Cucumbers, tomatoes and green
peppers seem to sit well on his stomach though. He ~loves~ raw green
peppers and is a slut for corn chips.

It's weird, but I had two Dalmatians (successively) who both puked quite
often, but Farfel (Giant Schnauzer) rarely did more than belch up a mouthful
of grass in Spring, and I have not seen Patiky (also Giant) vomit yet.
Hmmm...of course it could be that the one vice I never was able to break
either of the Dals of was eating every piece of garbage they could find that
wasn't red hot or nailed down (including, in ZaSu's case, half a discarded
spongecake which she promptly regurgitated all over the back seat of my
car), while the Giants seem to prefer threatening strangers (human and
otherwise) as their hobby. Quien sabe?
