Charter for alt.just.a.student.like-you

Frankly I never thought it necessary to put together a charter for
this newsgroup.
I figured it was pretty self evident what it was about, but it seems I
was wrong.
The easiest way to go about this, I believe, is to state what this
newsgroup is NOT about.
It has absolutely nothing to do with school, or students, or homework.
So all you posters of that ilk should go find somewhere else to play.
This is one of many silly named newsgroups to honor the 4 or 5 guys
who were/are the Firesign Theatre.
Below is my original control post to create this newsgroup, and Andrew
Gierth's unsuccessful attempted rm of same.
What's with these alt.config wannabe's.
(Who's he talking to and how does he make his voice do that??)
