You guessed it. One way to moderate a corporate support forum in a
deceptive
fashion is to inject paid marketers into it controlling the attitude toward
the
product. It appears that the problems are little and so many other
supporters
are all that is needed to make the product work. The product is a fine
product.

The Ooma support forum doesn't appear to have any moderators deleting or
censoring posts but it does have one very obvious support f anboi helper
that repeatedly claims he doesn't work for the Ooma corporation,

Ibmofo.

However, he has let it slip that his nym isn't based on some negro slang
swear phrase
but instead:

O)oma

This person advertises right on the Ooma support forum that he runs a
marketing
company online eBates.com and BigCrumbs.com.
