Looking for Modular Storage Plans

Pardon me if the topic is a bit generic
In the Mid 70s, many a Home improvement store had a line of wooden modular storage units, all of the same basic size ( 12" deep by 24 Wide by 14 high ) or half that. These modules had drawers, Slots and may other little bits inside them. You could mix and match pretty much to any configuration.
Has anyone found a set of wood working plans on the net that may be like this? I can draw them up in Sketchup, but it would be nice to locate them for all the bits.

I looked -- the modules of those days could be mixed and matched any which way. Each module resembles a box 11 by 17 or so and some 14 inches deep. One box or many - any one could stand alone.
