Well Denmark is kinda far, most metro hospitals can do it. You need to live
the role full time for one or two years before they will do it. And get some
therapy for the change. Don't try to bobbit yourself.

I only know of one p-shift spell that could be reworked to gender change,
but like Kaguya says, you best bet is probobly a money spell for an op: it
was origionaly a wolf-spell.

physical appearance should have no matter. Only society insists on there
being definitive black and white, male and female.

That is your *opinion.* You cannot be presumptive enough to know what anyone
else feels is true for themselves. Lets, for the sake of argument, state
that you are a man. If you found yourself residing in a female body, would
you just say, "oh well, I guess I'm a woman then", and change everything you
feel and know about yourself to conform with your outer shell? I think not.
I am a woman, inside and out, but if I resided inside a male body, I would
definitely feel I was *trapped* inside the wrong body. I think that you
should just be happy that *your* inner psyche matches *your* outer package,
but that which is true for you, may not be true for all others. And I think
I will take the professionals opinion on this one, rather than yours, and I

I happen to have personally known, and have met many people, who are now
living open, happier, fulfilled lives, since they have made this change. You
are right in this respect: that is, *intensive psychotherapy* -But therapy
and counselling to go along with hormonal treatments, mainly for at least
two years before any permanent surgical procedure is done. (although breast
implants may be done much sooner) And the transgendered person is also
required to live daily as their preferred (psychological) sex, before
surgery is done. I am not an expert on this, but the above is done to
minimize the chance that someone is going to go through this major life
change, for the wrong reasons. (Yes, there are people who think that this is
what they want, but after therapy, etc. come to realize that their problems
lay elsewhere.) But imo most people who *seriously* feel that they are in
the wrong body, have only benefited (mentally and otherwise) from making the
change once all the above steps have been undertaken. You can't argue with
all the people who have had this operation, and now live happily inside the
body that they feel they should have had since birth, and why would you want
to?......Witchy
P.S. Since I do not have a gender identity problem, you don't have to take
my opinion on this. If you really believe what you are stating, maybe you
should check out alt.support.transgendered, or the other gender groups on
this newsfeeder.

Most of the people who go through sex re-assignment ( the correct term ) are
not happy. There are in fact a lot of suicides. ( I believe John Hopkins
discontinued the surgery for this reason ) Some seek to go back to what they
were. The surgery is not a change, it's mutilation.

Xara stopped offering the gender change spell on that site for some reason. So you'd have to research it yourself I guess. I think it's probably just an elaborate "glamor" spell (illusion), which you could learn to do yourself with practice.

Neuroscientists have done studies showing ciswomen's and transwomen's brain patterns are the same and differ from cismen's and transmen's brains. Why this is we don't really know, could be that's just how their souls were made. The unfortunate side effect of this is the brain expects things the body's DNA doesn't provide. When your brain has the wrong hormones in it and the wrong body parts hooked up to it you feel horrible. These people deserve compassion, not insults to make them feel even worse.

I keep hearing the same B.S. about surgery. It's not the same thing, and it's kinda stupid to pay someone you don't know to cut you.
Problem is there aren't any True "witches" these days, or anyone willing to think outside the proverbial box. The human body itself can choose during puberty. Ashoka I can easily explain what the science behind the brain study observed, during pregnancy there's 2 bursts of hormones one that sets the physical gender the other sets the brain. During the 8th week I think is when the genital hormones are done which is why at week 12 they can tell you the babies sex on ultrasound, anyway during genital development hormones phase a pregnant woman in stress or certain other circumstances like anger can produce a higher level of testosterone and thus affect the gender.
