Apple Computer's sales methods have often left buyers and
dealers less than thrilled. Now, a classaction lawsuit has been filed against Apple Computer on behalf of 400 computer dealers selling to the education market. The suit was filed in California Superior Court. It claims Apple
acquired sales information through marketing contracts and then did not honor the deals.
