Make sure that the Temp variable is set in your autoexec.bat file. If I
remember correctly, Print Artist needs to be able to find this directory in
order to install. If necessary, add the following line to your
autoexec.bat file:
SET TEMP=C:\WINDOWS\TEMP

Also, at the DOS prompt, type the following line to create the temp
directory:
MKDIR C:\WINDOWS\TEMP

Other possible problems include a write protected copy of SIERRA.INI in the
Windows directory, write protected (read-only) Win.ini, or write protected
System.ini files.
