Help - Win32 Problem !!!!

Hello All,

I've recently begun having the problem that windows claims that many
programs are "not a valid win32 application" - My problem is they ARE!!!
What has happened to My Windows - how do I get it to run programs again
???????

Its not all the time - many programs still run (fortunately) - but a lot af
new programs cannot run due to that stupid error message .........

Anyone has a good suggestion.

Please respond bot in group and by email (thanx)...
