How does one install a cab file w/o a .inf file. I have one but it does not

You need to download ms toys you have their an cab viewer and opener and you
can extract it and install it

No need to get any toys. Use ectract.exe in windows\command dir. Type extraxt at
dos prompt for full instructions.
