Can DLL files be identified for deletion?

The best way if you are not sure of what the DLL is for is to just move the DLL to a folder of their own and then try all your software and see if all is fine. Then if all works fine then and only then can you safely delete them. DON'T delete until you are sure... take my word on this as I use Uninstaller 4.0 and it found the same thing as Cleansweep, a lot of unneeded DLL's so I deleted some and programs that were run from a CD Rom would not work but I was lucky because they were in my Recycle Bin. There are programs out there that will do what you want but they all make mistakes.
