Norton Help - Please

In using Nortons speed disk to defrag my win 95 drive, I was finding
some signature problems with the partition tables which were seemingly
being corrected then it came across two lost clusters in one chain and I
opted to save them as a file instead of delete them. Apparently they
included the boot record as now the A drive will not read. I have the
file which I DON'T KNOW HOW TO RESTORE and I have a disk image done by
Norton just previous which I also don't know how to restore.
All help is appreciated.
