I noticed I lost the ability to play midis, so poked around exploring why.
I finally fixed it by reinstalling sound card stuff...but beforehand noticed something not kosher.
In Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs...if I go to the Windows Setup tab...
it cranks for a second, then I get this white error message:

RUNDLL32
"An error has occured in your program. To keep working anyhow, click Ignore and save your work in a
new file. To quit program, click Close. You will lose information you entered since your last save."

then that message closes, and I get a smaller, standard grey windows type error stating:

"Rundll32 has caused an error in SETUPX.DLL
Rundll32 will now close.
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer."

Then everything closes.
Anybody got an idea why I no longer have ability to go into the Windows Setup area, how to get it
back without reinstalling Windows, and make everything nice nice again?
Thanks!
