Now that the powers that be are taking down all the NZB sites
anyone have any alternatives.

Gone:

Newzbin
Nzbmatrix

Anyone have any alternatives?

Tempted to start my own, anyone interested in helping?

Did find that Newznab and was already in process of setting it up.

Looks like it may be the new way for personal use.

I'm surprised it took "them" this long to go after usenet.

You got any idea what sort of traffic your looking at by running your
own server?

Not sure on traffic at moment but be testing very soon and let you all know.
Will only be indexing the main 50 groups to test with.
See how much bandwidth it uses, How much storage space etc

May even open to some invites if some of you are interested.
