Now I'm even more confused - if that's possible... I'm looking for information
regarding Hwang Yung Sung and http://user.chol.com/~hl1iwb/ is the only URL
link that I've been able to find. He is/was a top contemporary Korean artist
whose paintings were exhibited in New York in 1980. I've recently acquired an
original oil painting by him "Village of Year's Past 1" (1980) but I cannot find
anything on him. I have the Korean Cultural Service in New York researching for
me but their staff has changed hands so many times since 1980 that no one
remembers him.

I've learned to speak gibberish...to a point...and I believe it's saying
that the "url you entered could be found" and "try reentering the url with
an additional element after the "/""...or something like that.

I tried a google search and came up with this:

OK, so much for that. This is a page under construction and the
various Hangul characters are instructing whoever accesses the page to
wait until the rest of the code is finished. There are no links yet.

There is one buried link, evidently a very secret one, which evidently
accesses the North Korean Atomic Energy Commission's "Doomsday
Machine". I clicked on the link several times but didn't get any
response.

Oh, wait a sec, there's a knock on my front door. brb ...

The links are there and they all work. I just don't know what they have to do
with Hwang Yung Sung...

The link on the fortunecity web site leads to the web page in
question. Evidently nobody has yet added anything to that web site. I
think it is a "placeholder" web page waiting to be filled with
information.

If you RIGHT click on the name Hwang Yungsung and look at the HTML
properties it reveals that there is a hyperlink to the web page
http://user.chol.com/~hl1iwb/ If you do the same right click and look
at properties on other artist's web sites you will see that the
hyperlinks lead to their individual web sites.

Looks like nobody has done anything to set up an actual web page for
Mr Hwang.
