because he had never given out his social security number to anyone and that no
one knew his number - no one at all - not even the bank where he had a checking
account.
He once said that during the time he was in Vietnam he had never heard of
anything that could have been considered an atrocity committed by US troops.
Ted believed what he wanted to believe regardless of evidence to the contrary.

All one has to do is to look at the groups Reiman has invaded to see the
result.
rec.blackjack for one. The members of that group got so disgusted with his
continual spamming and multi lines of rhetoric that they created a moderated
newsgroup to prevent him from disrupting it.
The same is true of the Vietnam group. In addition to the trolls, Reiman
was just one of the triggers that caused a number of posters to leave.
Now Reiman seems to believe that members cannot form their own Google group
and prohibit his admission to the group(s). It will be very interesting to
see the theory he proposes which would allow him to file a DCMA complaint
with google when he has no access and cannot possibly know what is contained
within those restricted google groups.

each other here in those days. So, no matter what you think, the man is a

I tell you one of the original regulars I miss was Prof. Moise. He
posted both here and on the university moderated newsgroup before it

were around then but he had an erudite persona that was coupled with a

I recall the professor's patiently explaining that if the first
occurred, six million heavily armed Chinese PLA would boil across the
border. And nobody felt that Vietnam was worth world nuclear
annihilation if the second option was used. I think it was from his
posts I first learned of Eisenhower's refusal to give the French the
bomb to use at Dien Bien Phu.
A few others come to mind as well. Were you here when Joe Bangert and
Doctor Aquino (I think that was his name, his son went to school on
the big island and he was a dentist)posted? When ever I see one the
war pigs squeal about how so and so was poorly treated I feel like
resurrecting some of the exchanges those guys had to deal with. -

sorry. However, I don't see it any different than the banter going on with
this Washington character and Mac, and yet I don't see anyone complaining
about it. Whatever happened to ignore and go away? We had a damn good bunch
of folks then, about 15 plus years ago I would say. You guys were
complaining about us retirees using your bandwidth so I and John
Teigtmeir(sp?) created alt.military.retired which also went into the toilet.
Hopefully one day they will return the way they way, but first a few people

Doug's Rebuttal: The above statements of fact about me posted by
Nigel Brooks are not only false, they are also misleading and
represent outrageous defamation. Please read my rebuttal below:
Anyone that has taken the time to read your and your hate gang's fraud
about me - which has now suddenly become an "opinion" since you know
you cannot refute my rebuttals, already knows who the real bully is
around here. We all can read the defamation you and your gang

serial lying, con man forgeries, deceptions via lies by omissions, and

Note first that Nigel Brooks and some of his hate/smear/con gang
members maintain a web site and a Google Newsgroup designed to
EXCLUSIVELY harass, defame me with fraud, serial lying, outright con
man fraud, and of course libel, which forces me to rebut their fraud
with these truthful rebuttals. Note that even one key gang member
has attempted recently to use extortion to try and stop me from
defending myself with my rebuttals to their fraud. So apparently,
while Mr. Brooks and Mr. Rau hide, they have incited or instructed

I have offered Nigel Brooks (and/or any of his con/hate/smear gang
members) the opportunity to take their fraud and false accusations to
the American Association of Arbitrators, or to any legal department of
any University they select, and if either of those entities agrees
with
Nigel Brooks in respect to his accusations about me, I will pay for
their services. HOWEVER, if those legal experts agree that my
rebuttals are correct and accurate, then Nigel Brooks and/or his
smear/hate/con gang members pay for the independent legal analysis.
Nigel Brooks and his gang members run, duck, hide, cower, piss their
pants, and snivel pathetic excuse after pathetic excuse to hide from
and refuse my hundreds of offers to take this issue to independent
legal experts . . . and the reason is obvious - they know they are
lying.
Also note that I challenged Nigel Brooks to just *name* or produce any
document he claims exists in my military records that disproves any
statement of fact I have posted about my military service. Yet after
years of Nigel Brooks' and members of his hate/smear/con gang
claiming such a document exists in my records - Nigel Brooks and all
of his gang members run, cower, hide and pisses their cowardly panties
each time I issue or post this challenge!

In respect to the gang member Tom Huxton (a.k.a. "Pepperoni")
I am not surprised at the outright fraud, cons, lies and libel this
clown has posted in this post about me. His history of fraud, serial
lying and cons about me are well known and easily documented which I
am prepared to do in a court of law. His gang leaders have all
scurried for their sewers to hide from my truthful rebuttals to their
smears and fraud, but apparently someone forgot to take away this
clown's drool cup and crayons.
I tried to be nice to these smear merchants by simply telling them to
cease and desist their harassments and cons, and I gave them a chance
to retract and apologize for their smears, libel and fraud - but they
clearly are too stupid or too arrogant to understand a simple cease
and desist notice.

The above statement from you about me Mr. Huxton (a.k.a. Pepperoni)
is false, maliciously meant to harass, defame and libel, and further
represents outright fraud. I hereby demand that you immediately
retract and apologize for such outrageous fraud, and cease and desist
your obvious harassment and smear campaign against me, that is unless
you believe you can back up all of your statements about me in a court
of law. If you fail to *immediately* retract and apologize for the
above fraud, I will thereby assume that you are claiming your
statements are a statement of fact and that you believe you can

Michigan. Ypsilanti, Michigan, and true to fraud merchant tactics,
