No, it's not a brush from in China, although in today's multinational product line up it may be. A gong brush may be used to scrub multiple items like tires, trash cans, buckets, Miss Recktum's shitty colostomy hole, siding, and much more. This beautiful brush features poly fibers for durable scrubbing and is able to withstand most cleaning chemicals. Unlike Miss Recktum, it cleans up nicely.

We're gonna git one today at Home Depot.

It is amazing how effective those poly fibres are. Floor mops are made
of them; I had to buy one for Council home help. My specs can be
cleaned with a microfibre cloth with no moisture or detergent. Now the
literature talks about nanofibres, 1/1000 of a microfibre.

Re the origin of the product, there was a story here years ago about a
ball bearing (the complete device, not just a ball; is it called a "ball
race"?) that was made in Australia according to the box, but had "Made
in Japan" stamped into the steel of the device.

I worked as a volunteer at my city's Tourist Agency. There was
hardly a single item on the shelves that didn't come from China or Hong
Kong.

Naturally, when the GATT gave us free trade everywhere, all the local
industries went into liquidation overnight. Before then, women knitted;
now a complete garment can be bought for the price of a ball of wool.
Protection seems like an obvious fix, but the economists say it isn't.
