If he really had any sort of case pending and considering the nature
of posting in online forums, would his supposed Miss Lawyer not have
advised him to cease posting in regards to this matter? His continued
rantings, jeering and taunting will only damage his case if one really
does exist.

Additionally, these Legal Proceedings against others as stated if non
existent and thus they are Threats. I have seen no proof of
proceedings, case or docket numbers, or proof of such in any form.
The constant Badgering is nothing short of Harassment.
All of these would then be a violation of the Usenet TOS and leaves
the question...
WTF is he still doing here?

You have a good question on what is he doing here.
He should have been locked up months ago.
This is just an endless soap opera with both sides having nothing
better to do.
