Filing in EB2

Few questions regarding filing in EB2:

1) If somebody has BS with exactly 5 years of experience, could he apply
under EB2? Also assume that job requires that experience.

2) Is the vacation time deducted from 5 years of experience for EB2? Some
of the vacation time has been spent outside the country?

3) Can experience gained prior to getting B.S be also counted towards 5
years of expereince? Any successful cases.

Yes.

It depends on how long the vacations were. If they were reasonable, I
doubt it. It doesn't matter where you have been.
