I joined a company 2 months before fulfilling my Masters Degree
Requirements. I am still with the same company. The company is willing
to file for my Green Card in RIR category. They say that my case cannot be
filed under EB2 category because I got my MS degree 2 months after joining
the company. Is this right? If yes, Is there any other way that I can file
in EB2 category?

Yes, that's true. However, there is a way around this: change jobs
within the company. As long as the new job and the old job are clearly
separate, qualifications obtained on the old job DO count.
