That should be all you need to pass the test. However, here is

I got a job from company A and they filed a LCA with Dept. of Labor-New
York regional office three weeks ago and it's approved on 05/21. Now
more than one week past the approval date but we haven't got it back
yet. I'm concerned of something going wrong in the mail. What we can do
about this? Anybody can help? Thanks.

DOL is not responsible for mail delays. If it was actually mailed out
then you are stuck unless DOL agrees to fax you a duplicate (remember,
they keep one). Try that.
