I went to the INS webpage but it is not given.
Thanks in advance

The Nebraska Service Center Telephone number appears on every receipt
issued by INS; it is 402/437-5218. INS live assistance closes by 3:30
pm CST, but automated information is available if you have your receipt
number and a touchtone telephone.
If you do not have a receipt number, then it creates difficulty for the
INS to track your application, but this is not fatal. There seems to be
a limit as to what the information officers can do over the phone. They
can tell you whether the application was approved or its status. They
also attempt to answer questions based upon the INS position.
This "information" is not considered advice, but merely the "INS
position" on how to file an application. Sometimes, they encourage
people to file, who do not qualify, because their job is to encourage
anyone who might be qualified to present an application. The money
funds the INS benefit's branch, but this money is not enough to provide
sufficient support for government immigration programs. This means that
the time that they have on the phone is a limited resource, as well.
Don't take it personally.
INS has been known to make mistakes, because the officers may have heard
the information 3rd hand or from a training manual, which was
misinterpreted by the officer. Decisions have been reversed upon
appeal, but many times applicants neglect to provide adequate evidence
that demonstrates the qualifications. Sometimes, applicants do not
qualify, but still file for benefits.

I can never get through, this line is permanently busy. Does anyone
have any suggestions?
I had my INS naturalization interview in October, I just want to get
an idea when to expect to go to the swearing in. Also, I haven't
received any letter from INS telling me I passed (that's what the INS
officer told me) -- is this normal?
