I need your help!

Hello everybody!

I graduated as computer programmer at Systems & Programming Development
Institute in Los Angeles CA back in 1986, I have lost my diploma and
transcripts. The problem is that this school is no longer in business. Do
anyone of you know where could I start to look for those documents?. The
only thing I have is a copy of the transcript, can some education authority
certify this copy?.

I need those documents to prove my skills to INS to get my H1-B visa.

Your advise will be really appreciated...thanks!

even if you never find the diploma you have more than enough experience to
prove that you are BA equivalent (for people without BA degree, 12 years of
experience is enough). so, yours resume will pass expertise of some
independent evaluation agencies and yours company H1B application would not
be harmed at all.
