I lost my immigration file (stolen), the file had all the evidence I
submitted to USCIS for my G.C application ( I received my 10 GC). Of
course I panicked at first, but then I learned I can request copies from
USCIS with Form-639. I have 2 questions regarding the form
1- Do I need check the box for Freedom of Information Act(FOIA) as well
as Privacy Act, or the Privacy Act is sufficient.
2- In part 4 of the form, they ask about the file I am requesting, is
there a legal term I need to use so I make sure they include copies of
all the information, documents and evidence I submitted since my initial
application for the GC.
Thanks in advance

They may not give you everything and some of the things might be
blacked out.
Don't have a clue what to check off as I never did a FOIA request (no
need) but definitely would ask for USCIS files pertaining to AOS.
BTW it is not essential that you have it but nice if you did for future
reference.
Curious where the file was that it was stolen? Was your house robbed?
I hope you didn't lose to many valuable items.
And be sure that you contact the credit agencies to let them know that
you social security number has been stolen and to not open any new
accounts until they have called you first.

The stuff was stolen from my car while I was moving, it was mistaken
for a valuable box (it is valuable for me). Thanks for your reply
and concern
