Nebraska is the only SC that hasn't recently posted really fast I-751
approvals. The expected wait is +1 year.
You can find processing dates for NSC here: https://egov.immigration.go-
v/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Nebraska

Our wait was a little over a year with NSC. Filed I-751 in Feb. 05. Got
Approval without interview April 05.

Hope that helps.

Hey ValB,

What documents (if any) did you have to take with you when you went to
give in the photographs? My case was approved last week and I have been
asked to come with three photographs. But the infopass appoitnment says
bring supporting documents forms etc.

Regards,

Sorry so late, need to get on the computer more often. My hubby took
the infoPass confirmation sheet, the notice of approval and his
passport as well as the pictures and the old green card. No trouble at
all. Hope that helps and that it's not too late.

*Lol* Nebraska? I-751. Pfffffffffffft. Take a frickin number.

I filed in late November of 03, subsequently became eligible to file N-
400 before the stupid I-751 was decided upon and did so. Now,
apparantly, my N-400 and I-751 are going to be done at the same time
when I have my NATZ interview at the end of July (next month). I can
tell you, though, that as soon as you become eligible for NATZ to go and
file right away as that seems to bump up your case in the processing
line. For example, the Detroit office is apparantly working on NATZ
cases from December 1st, 2004. I filed N-400 on 2/22/2005 and already
have an interview. Speedy.

File it and relax. Get a plastic proector envelope for your I-797
that you get back from filing I-751 - you're going to carry it around
for awhile.
