I am re posting this because it disappeared from original post. I know this
may sound silly, but my fiance was packing to leave this week for the states,
and his envelope got torn about 3 inches on the side. If anyone has had this
esperience, please let me know. We are worried the INS may think we tried to
do something with the forms, but yet that may be needless worry since it is our
paperwork and it was approved already. I have had 3 responses, but would like
a little more input if possible. SHould we leave alone and just explain what
happened at POE or tape it and tape the other sides to keep it from tearing
more or what? Any suggestions would be helpful, if not for any reason but just
to put our minds to rest.

Don't worry too much about it. Tell your fiance to tape it up (that will
look like he's tried to open it and cover it up), put it in another
envelope to protect it, and explain the situation to the INS agent when he
gets to the POE.

Above all, don't panic about it. He's coming home! Enjoy it!
Dave.
