Tennis Canada. They have a website, www.tenniscanada.com, where you can find
contact information.
If you just want to become a linesperson at the Canadian Open once a year, it's
probably fairly easy, but if you're talking about being a chair umpire, it's a
much more difficult and time consuming process.
