Hi,

Now that HBO has left C-Band Subscriptions, where is the
best source for replacement.

Looking for a way to get all the HBO channels that were on G1,

Good Luck!

If you buy a Dish/Receiver, you can subscribe to HBO only...AS I
UNDERSTAND; CALL FIRST, BEFORE BUYING.

Also, find out what the "fine print" means, for instance,

Purchase a ViP211k MPEG4 HD Solo Receiver (No Contract with Purchase)

Just certain receivers?

Turned Off My DIRECTV It Is A Waste. Also Asked If I Could Get Only
Movies Channels If I Purchased My Own Equipment, I Was Told NO Need To
Have Basic Package. So Make Sure You Check First.

My understanding, from several years ago, if one owned the equipment,
they could bypass the basic package requirement.

HBO, or even your locals could be purchased as a stand alone package.

I understood this was in HBOs contract...

Try another rep....yes, you might get popped for registration...some
$40.00 or so.

Be specific...HBO or Local Channels
