Could it be the DHCP bug? Does that even effect 4xxx units like it does
5xxx?

In that case, you need to fix it so the Replay gets only one IP. Do either:

Use the "static DHCP" (sometimes called "address reservation") feature
on your router to assign a specific address to the Replay.

or:

DISABLE DHCP on your router and set static IP addressing on all
networked devices.

Note that setting static IP on the Replay (without disabling DHCP on the
router) WILL NOT fix the problem (or even help). Doing this for WiRNS is
OK, but it won't fix the DHCP bug.

Not that I know of. It would require knowledge of the file system on the
Replays (it's not a common one).

Can you try it anyway (using "address reservation" on your router)? I'd
like to know if it helps.
