Can anyone recomend a web site with a downloadable (free or pay-site)
database for my big LD collection. I have one for my DVDs (DVD profiler),
but I am missing one for my big collection of laserdiscs.
I think I have heard about one called "The laserdisc collector" but I am not
shure.
Can anyone out there please help me.

Thanks!

In article <Hdyo6.2647$LD5....@news1.oke.nextra.no>,
per...@online.no says...

Take a look at www.orlofsky.com - I've found it to be nearly
indispensable not only for cataloging my LDs but also for
checking to see if a title has ever appeared on LD, especially
after Image took the old Laserviews site down.

I suggest you check out a program called Movie Manager, this program which I
think you can download on a trial basis may be available from a number of
sites. It is a database for both Dvd and Laserdisc. I think the program
developers are called Pumpkinsoft with a web address in Germany. If you
check out shareware sites you should be able to provide a link. When I got
it the registration fee was around US$ 25

I made one myself, using Microsoft Access. Took some time, since it was my first
time using the program, but now I have one that caters to all my specific
personal preferences.
