I have been using a great little freeware program called DVD43. It's a
great little utility that circumvents some key issues in copying certain
DVDs. When I went to update it last night -- after installing an updated
version of my DVD copy program, -- I was instructed that DVD43 was running
at the time, and I needed to close it before it could be updated. Trouble
is, I was unable to quit, exit, close DVD43. I couldn't even uninstall it
because it was running.

Is anyone in this group familiar with DVD43 and how to get rid of it? Or at
least make it quit so you can uninstall or update it?

Go into Task Manager and close any running associated processes with the
program and then you should be able to update or uninstall it.

Interesting. I tried that at the time, and it didn't work. However, after
following your suggestion, it did, and things are working perfectly now. I
must have missed a reference or something when I went through my process
list the first time. Thanks for the help!!
